today answered 68 calls during wrk.. 40 plus is wan book appt de.
alot of chinese speaking ppl, its hell understanding wad they wanna book and esp. when the spell their name. its worst than listening to tamil.
those china ppl who wan book visa for whole family is really hell to me zzz =_=

then more sian thing.. today keep stomachache.. shit 5 time in office.. zzz
